Privacy Policy
This policy explains what Arrow Out – Brain Puzzle does with information on your phone or tablet. The game does not ask you to create an account, and it does not ask for your name, email address, or precise location.
Who we are
Arrow Out – Brain Puzzle is a puzzle game published by BrainFlack. On Android the package name is com.bfs.arrowout.escapepuzzlemaster.brainpuzzle. The same game may also be offered on the Apple App Store.
Information stored on your device
The game saves your progress in a file on the device. That file can include:
- Level progress, stars, coins, hints, and lives
- Settings such as sound, music, and vibration
- Whether a VIP subscription is active on this install
- Daily reward and daily challenge dates
This information stays on your device. You can erase it with Reset Progress in Settings, or by uninstalling the game. We do not operate an account server for this save file.
Advertising
The free version shows ads through Google AdMob. Ads may be a banner, a full-screen ad between levels, or a rewarded ad that you choose to watch for coins, a hint, or a life.
Google and its advertising partners may use a device advertising identifier and similar technical data to show and measure ads, and to limit how often an ad is shown. If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or another region where consent is required, the game asks for your ad choice before ads are requested. You can change that choice later from Ad privacy in Settings when that button is shown, and from your phone’s ad settings.
A VIP subscription removes ads. Choosing a rewarded ad is optional.
Subscriptions and payments
VIP is an optional auto-renewing subscription sold by Google Play or the Apple App Store. The store processes the payment. We do not receive your card number or bank details.
To show the correct price, confirm a purchase, and restore VIP on a new install, the game uses RevenueCat. RevenueCat receives a store purchase receipt and an app user id generated for that purpose. It does not receive your payment card.
You can cancel a subscription in your Google Play or App Store subscription settings. Deleting the game does not cancel the subscription.
Analytics and crash reports
The game uses Google Firebase to understand which features are used and to fix crashes.

Google may process this data in the United States and other countries where it operates. Their handling of the data is described in Google’s privacy policy.
What we do not collect
- We do not ask for your name, phone number, or email address.
- We do not use the camera, microphone, or contacts.
- We do not collect precise GPS location.
- We do not sell your personal information.
Children
Arrow Out – Brain Puzzle is a general puzzle game. It is not directed at children under 13, and it is not made for the “Designed for Families” kids category. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent personal information through a store purchase or an ad partner, contact us and we will help you take the request to the store or the partner that holds it.
Your choices
- Turn off personalized ads in your device settings, or use the in-game ad privacy form where it is available.
- On iPhone, you can refuse tracking when Apple asks.
- Reset Progress deletes the local save on that device.
- Uninstall the game to remove the local save from that device.
- Manage or cancel VIP in the store where you subscribed.
You may ask us about the information described in this policy, or ask us to help you request deletion of analytics data tied to your app instance. We will respond using the contact method below. Some data is held by Google, Apple, or RevenueCat, and a request may need to go to them as well.
How long information is kept
The local save remains until you reset progress or uninstall the game. Crash and analytics data is kept by Google according to Firebase settings and Google’s retention rules. Purchase records are kept by the store and by RevenueCat for as long as needed to provide restores, refunds, and fraud checks.
Changes
If this policy changes, the “Last updated” date at the top of this page will change. Continued use of the game after an update means the new policy applies to new use of the game.
